33% Indians above 30 suffer from lifestyle diseases
- Bengaluru has emerged as the fitness capital of India, followed by Mumbai and Pune, according to fitness platform GoQii's India Fit 2017 Report. But there is bad news too. The report, based on data from one lakh users across the country, says 33% of the population above 30 are suffering from one or more lifestyle diseases. ET takes a look at the key finding.
