"Donald Trump promised working class people, and they relied on it, they would keep it. Now, (Hose of Representative Speaker) Paul Ryan put forward a bill that hurts them and he might have to change," Neera Tanden, head of Center for American Progress, a Washington DC-based liberal think-tank, told Fox News Sunday.
