We are projected to be the most populous nation by 2022 and the population is expected to reach 1.6 billion by 2050. More than 50 per cent of people are below the age of 25, and in 2022 the average age will be below 30. Powered by the intellect, energy and creativity of a young nation, India is certainly poised to grow rapidly.
